WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Odysseylive.net offers warranties for items purchased from the e-shop that are factory defective. Items that have been mishandled or misused, however, are not covered under these warranty terms. For examples of mishandling or misuse, please check here . Also, before you return your item for either repair or warranty claims, please review our returns policy.

We offer 7 days replacement warranty for the following items -
Earphones/Headphones (generic)
USBs
MICRO SD
And other Accessories
For branded accessories, we will honor the manufacturer’s basic warranty.
GADGETS and ELECTRONICS
In general, Odysseylive.net offers a Manufacturer’s Warranty for most gadgets sold on the e-shop.
The manufacturers’ warranty generally allows for 7 days replacement for any factory defect related problems, and 1 year service warranty (which typically means free labor and service, but you have to pay for replaced or damaged parts).
Service warranties can be claimed directly from manufacturer’s authorized service centers. For WOW microphones, you can either bring your item to WOW service centers directly or we can help youfacilitate your warranty claims.
Exceptions to the manufacturers’ warranty are the following:
CAMERAS by Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Olympus
MOBILE PHONES from Blackberry, Nokia
TABLETS from Samsung
for which we offer a one year Service Limited Warranty.
Conditions of the Service Limited Warranty:
1.We will shoulder the cost of repair if it is a factory defect related problem.
2.Malfunctions resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions in the manual, exposure to dust, dirt sand, water, dropping or shock will not be covered on our service warranty.
3.Our service warranty covers only the product itself and does not cover any accessories (lens cap, charger, battery etc) or consumables.
4.All returned merchandise for service warranty claims must be in original condition, and must include the original packaging/factory box containing the accessories(e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.) and all instruction booklets, warranty slip.
5.Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.
6.For warranty support claims, please allow seven days upon our receipt of your product, for check-up and diagnosis.
7.For units that are under repair, usually it takes 1-2 wks for the repair to be done. However, for units which need overhaul repair and cleaning due to water damage, this will take 1-2 months to get it fixed.
8.Cleaning is not part of the service warranty; it is the client's responsibility to take care of their gadget.
9.Please keep your warranty slip. We DO NOT reissue it. If you’ve lost your product’s warranty slip, warranty claims are void.
10.We do not cover the repair for items which have resulted in WATER DAMAGE, even for WATER PROOF cameras. Please be more responsible and do not challenge its capacity as a water-resistant camera.
Improper use and mishandlingof items will not be covered by the either of the warranties we offered in addition to damages resulting from flood, earthquakes or fires. All sales are FINAL.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To save on your time, effort and extra cost , please review our Returns Policy first before you make a warranty claim.
a. Specify the details of the problem.
b. All items for warranty claims must be in its original condition, and must include the original factory box containing the accessories (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.) and all instruction booklets, and a photocopy of your warranty slip.
c. Please provide the waybill number for the returning item.
d. For warranty support, allow seven days for check-up and diagnosis.
e. For units that are under repair, usually it takes 1-2wks for the repair to be done.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some units which needs replacement for parts shall take longer since the parts/material required has to be ordered.
50% deposit guarantee is required for this procedure.
