General Returns and Refund Policy

We at the Odysseylive.net e-shop value you as a customer and want to give you the highest level of customer satisfaction. We have a very flexible return policy and are working with our suppliers to give you even more accommodating terms over the next few months.

General Returns Policy

If your product is defective, you must return it to us in its original product packaging within 7 days of receipt (for local purchases) and 30 days of receipt (for worldwide purchases) to be eligible for replacement or e-shop credits. Only factory defect related problems are eligible for returns. You can then either get a product replacement or earn Odysseylive.Net e-shop credits. Please fill out our returns form here.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are to be borne by the buyer. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items must be returned to us with a traceable shipment receipt. If the order is valued at Php100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service such as Air 21, FedEx, LBC or DHL. Please email us at shopsupport@odysseylive.net to keep us updated on the status of your shipment.

We will gladly reimburse you for return shipping costs IF the return is:

1. a result of our error - wrong product, wrong size or color etc. OR

2. after we receive your returned item and we diagnose that your product is factory defective.

Replacement/Receiving a Refund

You can then choose to ask for a product replacement or get e-shop credits. If you opt for a product replacement, we will ship your replacement back to you free of charge.

You can also choose to get e-shop credits, which we will do after we receive and process your return. Expect your e-shop credit 2 weeks after we receive your request for refund (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your package

• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return

We'll notify you via e-mail the availability of your e-store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, the Odysseylive.net e-shop does not accept returns of the following items:

•Any opened CDs, DVDs, BluRay discs and other optical media that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) even if without obvious signs of use.

• Any electronic product missing the serial number and not in their original packaging.

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or tampered with, or is missing parts for any reasons not due to our error.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any replacements especially for mishandling incidents even if it is within the warranty period.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased from the Odysseylive.net e-shop cannot be returned to our physical Odyssey Music & Video stores.
