How to Order
Shopping for your favorite CDs, DVDs, gadgets and accessories has never been easier!
1. Buy Product:
If you would like to buy a product, just click on the "Buy” button. You will find this button in every product page. Each product you ‘buy’ will be placed in your shopping cart.
This is not a commitment to buy yet, as you can always edit and modify your shopping cart at any time (by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner of every page) and upon Checkout (before your order is finalized).
2. Shopping cart
To view the contents of your shopping cart, simply click on the shopping cart button found in the upper right hand corner of your screen. From here, you can then either browse through the shop and continue shopping or change the quantity of your orders, remove items on your cart or go straight to checkout and finalize your orders. To change the quantity of an item(s) in your shopping cart, enter your desired quantity in the Quantity Box and click ‘Update’. Use the ‘Remove’ button to delete an item(s).
3. Billing and Shipping Information
Upon Checkout, you will be asked to provide your Billing and Shipping information. You can choose to save this information so you don’t have to fill up the same forms again on your next purchase. Our system can store up to five (5) addresses for your convenience. If the order is a gift or for someone else, please select "Ship to a different address" under the Billing Information section and complete the shipping address of the recipient.
4. Shipping Method
Choose your shipping method. If the item you purchase is a gift, you can add a gift message if you want.
5. Payment Method
Choose your Payment option and input your payment details. If you will pay using a credit card, please make sure that the billing information matches the information on the credit card statement.
6. Email Notification
When your transaction is approved, you are automatically sent an email by Odysseylive Customer Service with the details of your purchase.
