1. Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it with the Password function.
2. What is a Shopping Cart?
Use the Shopping cart as you would in a real shop - products you would like to buy are simply placed inside. Should you change your mind, you can remove a product or modify your order at any time by going to the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner of every page. A product in the Shopping cart is not an obligation to buy.
3. What is a Wish List?
This service is available to registered users of e-shop. Your wishlist can contain as many as 20 products that you would like to buy later or earmark as gifts. Articles in your wish list can be purchased at any time by moving them into the Shopping Cart. Please note that the price of products may change without prior notice.
4. How can I add a product to my Shopping Cart?
If you would like to buy a product, just click on the "Buy” button. You will find this button in every product page.
5. How can I view the items in my Shopping Cart?
You may view your Shopping Cart at any time by simply clicking on the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right hand corner of every page. From here, you can then either continue shopping or change the quantity of your orders, remove items on your cart or go straight to checkout and finalize your orders.

7. When will I receive my orders?
Orders placed from Monday through Friday on or before 12 nn (Philippine Time) will be processed on the same day.
For pick-up orders (currently we offer pick-ups at Megamall but will soon expand our network), you can pick your order up anytime during mall hours the following day.
For items to be delivered within the Philippines, please allow 1 to 3 days of shipment. For Worldwide Deliveries, your package will take 1 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Orders placed on weekends or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Local deliveries are shipped via Air21 service. International deliveries are shipped via FedEx service. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Actual transit time is based on where you are located. Orders paid via Cebuana Lhuillier will be shipped on the following business day, upon receiving the payment fulfillment notice from Cebuana.
There’s an additional Out of Delivery Area fee for areas that are not directly covered by our shipper, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
8. How secure is my online order?
The Odysseylive.net e-shop utilizes the services of Asiapay, a certified international 3D secure MPI vendor and the leading payment gateway provider in Asia. Aside from that, we are using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your compute transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer for browsing, your transactions will be fully encrypted and secure when you buy. Both Firefox and Internet Explorer are available as free downloads from the following sites:

Secure Credit Card Payment
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

9. Reporting Security Issues
If you have discovered a vulnerability in our shop, please email us at: email@example.com. Please include a detailed summary of the issue including the name of the product (e.g., Philips earphones) and the nature of the issue you believe you've discovered. Be sure to include an email address where we can reach you in case we need more information. Odysseylive.net will respond to your notification within a reasonable amount of time and will quickly work to fix the reported vulnerability.
Odysseylive.net is committed to working with security researchers through the process of responsible disclosure, which is the practice of notifying a software vendor before publicly releasing information about a vulnerability. Responsible disclosure is important to the safety of our customers as it allows Odysseylive.net to resolve security issues before they are made available to the bad guys. We strongly encourage anyone who is interested in researching and reporting vulnerabilities in our products to participate in the practice of responsible disclosure; we will make every effort to communicate with you while the vulnerability is being fixed and to acknowledge your report once the security issue has been resolved.

12. How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within five (5) minutes after you completed your purchase. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twelve hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
