The W5000 is a beautifully designed and made headphone to celebrate AT's 50th year at making awesome headphones. They have a lovely clean and dynamic sound that suits acoustic music very well. Being quite efficient a dedicated amplifier may not be required, but a good quality headphone stage and source is an absolute must to bring out the best of these.
